May 8, 2007 – 9:09 amIn a New York Times article called Why Talk When You Can Type, Forrester Research reports that 78% of cellphone subscribers ages 18 to 26 use data services.
Texting is the most used data service. Ringtones continue to be popular with games and internet use on the rise. Young adults tend to switch phones more often because they are lost, broken, or just for the “new phone” cool factor, and with new phones, come new features, so things like user generated mobile video aren’t too far behind.
