Recruiting Video 2.0: Connected Ventures hits a home run

I got an IM from my friend Kyle about a cool recruiting video from Connected Ventures with some employees lip synching to Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger.

We did this video one night after work. We are a company called Connected Ventures, a group of friends who work for: Vimeo, CollegeHumor, Busted Tees, and Defunker.

This video has viewed about 1 million times and is very appealing to their target audience. How do think this stacks up against posting the listing on Monster.com?

Several other companies have come up with brilliant recruiting tactics. Which place would you rather work? A company that simply posts a listing online or a company that publishes a video?
